had an amazing stay, with clean and comfortable rooms and staff were extremely helpful. it was a luxury experience

The room was good but due to the apartment constructions around the property it was noisy. Also there was not much privacy for the private pool. The food ordto the room was good but the complimentary tea and breakfast was bad. There was a team outing who were making too much noise early morning due to which we could not get good sleep. and when mentioned this in the reception they said they couldn't help it.

I recently stayed in Holiday Village, Bangalore for 2 nights, and my experience was overall okay. One of the highlights of my stay was Botanica, the onsite restaurant. The food was delicious, the vibe was great, and the service was attentive, not to mention that they aired live sports like the IPL, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. However, there were several areas that need improvement. The WiFi was very slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, I encountered some mosquitoes in my room, which was quite bothersome. There was also an issue with the door of the king's suite I stayed in; it didn't lock properly, raising some safety concerns. Lastly, the location was a bit tricky since taxi drivers had a hard time locating it, which added some inconvenience to my travels. Overall, while there were some fantastic aspects to my stay, addressing these issues would certainly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Village Resort, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The room was in poor condition, nothing like what I expected. It was uncomfortable and lacked basic cleanliness. The bathroom was especially bad – it was not clean at all, which was very off-putting. Although the pictures online look beautiful, in reality, the property is not well-maintained and severely lacks basic hygiene. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay.

Resort and ambience were great. The room I was given were much below expectations. The walls were thin (could hear a baby crying in the other room) and half of one wall was curtained see through glass adjacent to the corridor - very questionable design. On top of all of this, there was no water pressure on the morning I was supposed to check out and the toilet flush was also not working which delayed checkout for quite some time. While the staff provided prompt assistance, this is a non-negotiable item in any accommodation I'd stay in.

food was good swimming pool , indoor outdoor area were in bad condition. No maintenance at all. staff was polite overall I can say it is basically a restaurant with stay facility not the proper resort.

Our stay at holiday village resort was good experience. Property is calm and peaceful and also near to city area which is a plus point for people who do not have their own 4 wheeler. Services by staff was also good and satisfactory and breakfast was good.

It is good resort, maybe when it was opened during those days. Now also it is a good resort but across its surrounding there is so many construction going on, and the main road to its entrance it is full of dust and the dust is accumulated in all over resort. Less maintenance make it more dusty. Room was neat and clean and well maintained though in the Kings suite the pool pressure pump was having issue and was not continuous it is kind of small pool filled with water, refrigerator was not making our drinks cold but in evening when we took it out all were hot 🥴. TV was not working and the person said its due to wi fi he will check and come back but he nor the wifi came back that night. Kept our drinks in the pool and later got ice. Though our evening was not that great beca of all these and when informed the receptionist while checking out he said sorry sir. Bathroom was spacious but the roof is made of glass so in morning it was too hot inside with improper ventilation and poor exhaust fan. At our room price per night its not worth. Food is good at its restaurant.

The food and ambience was amazing could not get to use the pool because the water was not clean apart from that, had a good time
