The rooms were decent. The lockers were not working. The bath room hand shower was defective. The staff were very nice. We have to climb stairs for the lift. Difficult for old people.

very comfortable stay in reasonable rate.I was travelling with our pet cat and faced no issues staffs were so friendly .

The service was very good, people were courteous and quick to service. The hotel is in a small lane and the parking is an open plot next to the hotel but is monitored. it is a very small building but well maintained. There is a landing of stairs which cannot be avoided.

Though the hotel is located in a narrow lane, the very much pleased with the facilities, clean rooms with amenities. The working staff are very helpful and cooperative starting from checkin at reception, room service including food.

Place is located just adjacent to udupi garden. If you are keen south indian foodie then it's apt. Hotel doesn't have a 24x7 restaurant. Wouldn't recommend the food quality. However rooms are excellent. Deserves more ratings for cleanliness and spacious settings.

I would definitely stay at grand ventura hotel again. Location was convenient and car parking was also good. Room was clean and had all facilities.
