Service staff , kitchen staff were good and hospitable and the 2 ladies at front desk and a guy were friendly and helpful.  But one gentlemen from front desk asked me to move room tho claiming as a request just coz some other guests want to occupy the room and they had party. I even offered to check out in the evening inspite my booking was for next day and was paid in advance. It was horrible experience and had to check out immediately inspite paying for full 6 nights.  Unforgettable and bitter experience.

We have stayed for 3 days, location was great easy to access for a people who wants to explore Bangalore. There are few points to be highlighted. Staff were not so friendly, they hardly smiles when we ask for anything. Dining area was bit unhygienic, the cruiset were all dusty,water glasses were not so clean to drink water, and the funny part was during the time of arrival we checked in late so had to order room service where the food was served without any cutlaries and upon request they came with 2 spoons So those things need an improvement otherwise the hotel itself us great looking though it is old.

Actually check -in is by 12. Pm but they demanded for higher amount because of that i came back but at 11 pm i got call from make my 訂房網站 saying they will pay for extra amount. At that time again i went back but it waste of money only because of hotel fraud. Make my 訂房網站 shoul band like this hotels
