I’ve stayed in multiple hotels, but this was by far the worst experience ever. First, they didn’t provide basic essentials for our family of four. There were no washroom items like a bucket and mug. After requesting them, we had to wait for 45 minutes, and when we finally got one, it was uncleaned. Secondly, the milk and coffee packets provided were insufficient. There was only one milk powder and a couple of tea and coffee packets. For everything, we had to make repeated requests, and each time, we waited over 45 minutes for anything to arrive. The towel provided was black in color, and it seemed like it hadn't been washed properly. Every small request was delayed, which completely ruined our plans. However, they were punctual when it came to our checkout time, which disrupted our schedule even further. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

just for the name sake i booked suit room. nothing was there in that room. I had ask and everything like both towel, hand towel, water bottle and toilet items. the room allotted to me was in the corner of the building. All a.c units were placed near the room window which was giving a hell lot of noise 24x7. After 10pm till 2.30am hell lot of staff people were walking in the corridor. They were collecting the used plates and liquor bottles and placing it in the corner of my room door. Overall it was a bad experience
