Totally the room was good and newly built. Amenities were upto the mark and doesn't feel any discomfort in the room. The stay was hygienic and peaceful. Breakfast was tasty and variety is available. This hotel is located in the busier area of chandpura and outside the hotel the road is not good and highly dusty area. But hotel is located a bit inside from the main road and there is no disturbance from traffic. Ambience was good. Overall good.

The location shown is incorrect. Google map has the correct location. The hotel has spacious open parking. Room service is available round the clock and the menu is decent. The food we ordered was delivered timely and was delicious. However, clearing the plates from the room took more than an hour with more than 3 reminders. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The property also has a convention center and the noise from the function happening there caused a bit of discomfort but was manageable. Overall, a good and comfortable stay and would definitely visit again hoping the hotel team would strive for providing even better service next time.

The rooms were smelling bad, the customer service is bad, as soon as I checked in the customer executive asked me to check out by 11:00am next day even when the stay is 12-12 schedule. The minimum requirements of a dental kit is not provided and even when asked for it we were provided with it after an hour of asking it. In the bathroom the showerhead doesn’t work nor there is any hand shower available there is only a tap and we really don’t understand how to use it as there is neither a mug to use it.

perfect for short stay with family and for those on business travel. great restaurant and choices. no noise except the occasional train.

the map link was not correct the hotel staff was good to receive us. though we mentioned it was a 2+2 accommodation they charged us an extra ₹1400 for an additional bed. overall experience is good

Hotel was clean, room was comfortable. Reasonably priced. However the management and employees need to focus on customer experience. After having specifically booked for 2 adults+ 2 kids, they didn't provide any extra bedding in a queen bed room. They kept denying it's a basic courtesy.

Hotel rk gardenia has become a regular stay for our family now a days in bengaluru. The rooms, atmosphere, ambience, food are above par. Definitely a reasonable choice of stay.

Room service not provided fully. Stayed for 2 days. They didn't provide towels for 2 members. Next day no towels beds were not clean and pillow was very hard. I already stayed in this restaurant but this time disappointed

We booked the premium room but got only deluxe room. The front office manager refused to help on this and he asked us to raise a complaint in makemy trio customer care. Also we got twin beds instead of king size bed in that room.
