worst experience with hotel. nothing is available. rooms are also not cleaned properly. wardrobe is broken. curtains are dirty. towels and dirty. Food quality is also not as per 3 star hotel. First day I did complaint on the seen issues. After complaint hotel management did commitment to change the room on next day, but they did nothing.

Was there last week for 3 days, initially they gave me a executive room, after entering the room within half an hour cockroaches started coming from all the corners, then i asked them to change my room, they promptly changed the room but there also same problem. You cannot expect ventilation in the rooms because the windows are closed in such a way that you cannot open. Asked the staff about it, they said that all rooms are like this only

As i mentioned my two day stay at innara was paying ammount went in vain with their sharing room concept from my room there is another room where people were staying and i found no privacy and it was wordt knight-mare for me

Terrible stay. Worst bathrooms, government bathrooms are much more better and clean. Bathrooms stinks like anything. Ac not working properly. Some work is going on in the building you can start listening to noise from morning 7am, worst experience with my family. Strictly not recommended for family and ladies.

After many complain tv problem not solved even no one turns up with many reminders food is okay only break was budgeted leave hotel two days early and waved paid two days booking sifted to another hotel

The room had a bad smell no room freshner was used. The toilet was bad. Flush was not working. Lift was also stinking. Better use some good air freshners.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable
