阿吉特大廈酒店 (Golden Palms Hotel and Spa Bangalore)

The stay was good and the place was so calm and serene with beautiful lushes and a swimming pool. Evenings are very pleasant and there is a balcony where one can chill and unwind. The staff were courteous ( i ordered one set of phulka as i was alone and the guy gave me three saying two might not be enough for me. The only issue was the breakfast spread should have been still better.

The place has a beautiful ambience. That's the only positive. From the time of entry there was not a single person to pick up our luggage. It's a big place. Buggy driver was missing. They even asked us, if u don't mind u can walk it's only 300mts to your room. How will we know where the room is ? restaurant food was average. Night dinner half the menu was not available. It's just there. Staff is confused. They have no idea what they are doing.

Review for Golden Palm Resort I had a wonderful stay at Golden Palm Resort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing experience. The service was excellent, with the staff being courteous and attentive to every need. The sauna and spa facilities were a bit far and not fully active during my visit, but the overall ambiance of the resort made up for it. The only downside was the food—there was no non-vegetarian option available, which was a bit disappointing. If the dining options were more diverse, it would have been a perfect stay. Nonetheless, the overall experience was great, and I would recommend it for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

This property was built some 25 years back, it still is very beautiful and relaxing. But with the change of management i guess, the service is pathetic. Housekeeping is bad, rooms are dusty, upholstery hasn’t been changed since years. Worst part if the restaurant. A below average food, ill informed staff and poor service.

We were very disappointed with the golden palms. The place was rundown and not well maintained. The breakfast was poor and there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. We booked for 2 nights but checked out after 1 and took the hit to go and stay somewhere else.

The lobby was filled with used bedsheets and beds all over. It gave an appearance of unclean ambience throughout the stay. Food and service is just okay, nothing great.

The property is huge and has close to 150 rooms and nice swimming pool. Pros: *huge property and big swimming pool. * lots of sports activities like tt, cricket, squash, badminton, carrom and chess. * good food options for vegetarians and taste was good. Cons: *not very well maintained and looks old when compared to seen in pics. *had broken bath room fixture and torn sofa. We didn't expect this with 4 star hotel. The same was informed to mm t team and they helped to take care of this issue. * at-least twice power outage was seen during stay and took atleast 10 secs to turn on inverter. *the first time we heard there was a veg resort concept. Dinner veg was served inside the restaurant but for non veg it was outside near the pool. No non-veg starters but only 2 non veg gravies (chicken and fish) were available which were not up to the mark.
