The hotel and the booking agent (訂房網站) tried cheating me. Its better if 訂房網站.com does not operate in India. If there is a problem with the booking (I had a problem), there is no way to reach them. the chat is a bot, the call is a bot and there is no email id or phone number to contact. The bots gave only some generic answers and nobody helps. The hotel (Gokulam) staff is also equally bad. They are so rude and answer that you go check with your agent. We cant do anything. That is the only answer they know. Regarding the room, the kettle was not working. I had to call three times to get a replacement. Even the replaced one is also broken. Asked for a soap. They never came until i checked out. The shower in the bathroom is only working partially. When they charge equal to a star hotel, they should take care of finer details. Just having a good building wont help.
