ホテルのスタッフの方がとても親切でした。特に、入口にいるセキュリティの方、朝食會場の女性スタッフのホスピタリティの高さがよかったです。 また、ホテルに入る前にはタクシーのトランクのチェックやスーツケースなどの手荷物検査もあり、安心して利用することができました。 ホテルは空港からは遠いので、早朝発だとオススメはしません。近くにショッピングモールがあるので、お土産を買いに行くのも可能です。

I ordered room service and was told that I had to wait 45mins which is fine. I wanted fish and chips and fruit juice. 30mins later , they called back to say that they do not have fish and chips, so I wanted grilled fish but they too said no fish. So I have no choice but to order the some mutton curry with naan. Then to add to the frustration as I was really hungry, they told me they were out of fruit juice. No sparkling drinks as well and told me if I wanted mineral water which my room already have… so I finally decided on my order to go with lassi. When the food arrived, the mutton curry was miserable with only 3 pieces. And these 3 pieces , the meat were barely there… I don’t even feel like taking any pictures.

It’s definitely a 5 ***** Had a great experience at Fairfield Marriott. Courteous staff and excellent breakfast. A special mention of Srilatha who helped in early check-in and late check out. Will definitely be my next stay whenever I visit Bengaluru
