I like for having free access in the gym.The Massage Spa has a nice and kind staffs,they smile and entertain guests unlike in the hotel!!The masseuse named Shashikala is such a kind lady and good whats she’s doing,I gave her a 10/10 ❤️

location is in city ,property is 65-70 years and rooms are old fashioned with small bath rooms, highly priced for this facility to modern conteomparay hotels

I had booked a single occupancy room with a double bed on 訂房網站. My minor son was with me. Instead of handling it with grace, the front desk made a huge scene, demanding $80 extra—when booking double occupancy from the start would have been about $15 more. 訂房網站 doesn’t even allow adding a guest after booking, but that didn’t stop the hotel from exploiting the situation. The absurdity didn’t stop there. I was informed that no one could visit me in my room after 8 p.m.—is this a hostel or a 5-star property? And to add insult to injury, when I tried to take a picture of this ridiculous “rule,” the doorman literally stood in my way and tried to snatch the paper from my hands. The food? A washed-out chicken sandwich for $40 that would be rejected by any decent café. The room? Faded, worn-out towels and linens, half the lights flickering or broken, giving off the ambience of neglect, not luxury. And then there’s the national flag. Since when does a private hotel earn the right to host India’s national flag. Is this even allowed. While at the same time failing so spectacularly to embody the warmth, dignity, and pride that it stands for? A true 5-star hotel in India welcome guests with respect and genuine car Taj for example, even a modest 1-star in Bangalore offers more authentic hospitality. This stay was not just disappointing—it was an insult to the very concept of our definition of what Indian hospitality stands for.

No room service menu in the room. I asked for an ashtray and room service menu but they chose to ignore until the evening before my checkout. Considering I am a hotel guest they asked me to pay cash for laundry services and to top it off although they claim to deliver laundry in 9 hours I had to remind them more than 24 hours later to please send my laundered items. Overall not impressed and definitely will not recommend.

I stay there on 12th and 13th aug with family. Rooms are smelling and cockroaches roming in bathroom. Room service is very slow. Hotel is not child friendly so select any other hotel if stay with child. Charging 450 rs for 1 small cup hot milk. They try everything to loot you. No other hotel charge like this. Not recommended this hotel to anyone.
