普普通通，沒有驚喜。 位置不在市區，早餐每一天都一模一樣沒有任何變化。 唯一優點是早餐的餐廳到晚上變酒吧可以喝兩杯😅

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.  The staff were friendly and courteous.  Good location with two good restaurants by the side of the hotel.  Ideal location for those who need VFS services in Bengaluru.  The hotel is a short walk away from Gopalan Innovation Mall, where VFS has its offices.

Location is good.. downstairs alot of nice restuarants and metro station also nearby if required.Limited but Car parking has .Might be little noisy coz it very close to the main road.Overall experience was good .

Very close to Gopalan mall so we chose this place but really liked it . Very clean and very prompt service for everything. Ever ready to oblige even with breakfast like I wanted egg dosa and even though not in the menu they immediately made it and served it piping hot . Really liked the place

Poor mini fridge, couldn't keep even a water cold, very pathetic service in their breakfast restaurant, staff are simply careless also when ordered food in room, despite told didn't bring the items asked for. Most importantly their bar/restaurant noises won't let you sleep until late midnight especially on weekends.

I was unwell and requested the Room Service for Breakfast in the Room...But the denied the same. Had to actually shout at them to get my paid Break fast delivered in the Room.

Stay was good . No complaints expect, we wanted late checkout. To checkout around 6Pm and ready to pay if there is any extra charges. However, they were charging for the whole day which disappointed us. Apart from that, everything was ok

Stay was avarge hotel is not worth for money,limited option for brraj fast food quality is not good . I orfer fried rice which was like only ghee and rice not worth for money. too much expensive food like 4star catarogty rate

The hotel was at good location The room as was expected. It was well organized, well maintained and specious . The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, few things expected from the hotel that charge so much, like shower cabinet was not clean , mirror had spots, overall cleaning looked compromised. Hair dryer is missing , and the one provided was loose wires and missing switch . The breakfast is cold , if you dont go early . It is not kept warm after it is cooked.
