The stay was very comfortable. Right from the front desk, the service was very good. Room, toilet snd bathroom were kept very neat. Room service was excellent. While checking out, i told the front desk to keep a kettle and tea bags in the room, which was missing. Had a comfortable stay in the hotel.

The worst hotel rooms are very small and no proper service and huge cost charges are huge for room that too very small and no hygienic even they are not providing water bottles. No care for customers and not even responding for multiple calls.

Basic amenities are missing which was mentioned on site. Cigerate smoking smell in room which make me more discomfort.
