A terrible experience: the room was cramped, smelled bad, and lacked basic amenities. There was only one elevator, which had an unpleasant odor. The hotel is located in an alley, and the staff and security guards had very poor attitudes; even after upgrading to a higher room category, the quality remained very poor. Will never going back I left an item behind in the lobby; a staff member found it but did not return it.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a beautiful interior with a modern and well-maintained design. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, everything—from the service to the ambiance—was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Specially thank you Chandan and Haroon !
