Not a comfortable experience. Tno proper water supply, and no advance information from the hotel. Even basic amenities were not provided, and we had to repeatedly contact reception for water.

Very disappointing stay. There was no water for a shower, and reception did not inform us earlier. I missed my meeting because I could not get ready. Also, there was no mobile network inside the premium room.

The water supply was very poor. We had to call reception every day just to get drinking water, and they refused to provide even one extra bottle. Basic items like a toothbrush and toothpaste were also missing.

The premium room was large, but there was absolutely no phone network. I could not make or receive important calls. Food delivery staff were also not allowed to bring the order to the room, which was very inconvenient.
