It was brilliant, really hospitable. They catered to all our needs and gave us a very welcoming stay. Top notch services, ***** with clean rooms and neatly folded sheets.

Location is great so are the rooms. Definitely loved the service provided from the reception and the kitchen staff. Will 100% recommend.

this is a new property, and stay experience is awesome, specially hospitality and service is excellent. rooms are clean and well maintained, facilities here is really mind-blowing. good food is served . very neat and clean bathroom. enjoyed stay of two days here

Reception counter is not comfortable and too small and rooms also no proper towels

The rooms were clean but there was only centralized AC which was not suitable for us. The service was very slow and inefficient. Had to remind them several times for any kind of room service.

There is no 24/7 hot water. My husband asked for towels. They took 1 hr to give 1 towel. We wanted a water kettle after asking from night they got one in the morning. This is worse than a local motel. Room condition is good. But forget about taking bath and services

The hotel was fantastic in terms of cleanliness and room amenities. It’s a new property and very well-maintained.The rooms are sparkling clean and the addition of a mini fridge and locker was a nice touch. The only missing feature at the hotel was the facility to prepare coffee/ tea in the room. I need to highlight, my stay was marred by an odd experience with their inhouse restaurant "Koyla". I checked in late afternoon, so had parceled food from outside. When I requested for a plate and spoon, I was told I would be charged , which felt completely unnecessary and off-putting. I am a frequent traveller & have traveled across India and never encountered such a bizzare policy. Due to this, I decided to dine elsewhere and ordered food online inspite of the restuarant having a decent menu, but couldn't shake off the bad impression. Otherwise, the hotel itself is great, but the restaurant experience left a bitter taste.
