The ac was not working properly. Water dripping from ac flooded the whole room through night. No hot water availability. No shower Towel provided was of worst quality. TV wasn't connected to any network provider. They asked me to use my own internet for watching tv

Hotel has no restaurant or ala carte service. It is winter season. Hot water was not available in the bathroom taps. The bed sheets and pillow covers appeared to be old and a bit dirty.

Average but not so bad. They can improve it with some simple checks before giving it to guests like check bathroom fittings, room cleanliness etc. Towels are smelling. Breakfast was also ok, not so bad not so good.

such the worst experience I've ever experienced. please don't book in this hotel ever. It's not safe for couples. I've mistakenly kept my room key out of the door. at midnight 4 am. someone tried opening our door without asking anything. if i didn't lock the door inside they would have come inside. we got feared. I've also reported to the receptionist but they've not responded properly and are trying to avoid that incident. this is really not fair at all such a horrible hotel and not safe at all. people there are smoking and drinking. its not safe at all. please take some action regarding this issue.

I cannot comprehend how this hotel got 4 star. Horrible smelling room was shown and i immediately checked out and didn’t stay.
