Excellent location - walking distance from my office. General amenities including breakfast buffet and dining options were pretty good. One area I was disappointed by was the level of housekeeping services. Some days, they were good, some days bad - one day, they didn't clean the room and bathroom, left my towel dra[ed over the desk, didn't give me a replacement towle - and hadn't cleaned the bathroom at all - sink, toilet, etc. After complaining, the next day, they forgot to provide a hand-towel. Overall they need to improve the level of regular housekeeping services and do better.

The room was nice, clean and very well maintained. The location is superb, so many food options nearby and even hotel has their own kitchen. Very friendly and cooperative staff.

Breakfast was very average in variety and taste. No salt in dhosa. Chatni idli was dry. Ac was making noise

The rooms are really small and so is the corridors. The food is horrible and is always not stocked up properly. The staff will not inform you about anything so you need to figure out your way around for everything on your own.
