First of all tjogh I booked whole procedure to check in took more than 30 mint it took , and the reception counter attendee is very bad at handling customers ...pathetic support hardly for anything... No wifi provided not even check in went smoothly...we requested multiple times even to check in through RF card properly but surprisingly he was very careless and casual he simply came with us and opening in master card which doesn't make any sense at all to me ... How can we trust and leave our things safely !!!?

There is no provision in the bathroom of room number 205 to place my eyeglasses while taking my bath. There was no stand. I can not be with out my eyeglasses except while sleeping and taking bath. It got severely wet. Immediately on taking a bath i have to wear it. you see the drawings of the room. There is one window and it cannot be opened. I kept there and it got completely drenched.

Hotel is closer my brother’s house so easy to commute. Nice staff. Room is clean except old stains. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Overall good.

We stayed there for 3 days. The rooms were clean and periodically cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was good. We had a peaceful stay.

There was no one at the front desk for checkout and we got delayed. We had booked for two people but toothbrush etc provided for only one. No stirrer for tea. Ac tv needed attender intervention to start, small improvement need, otherwise an excellent hotel
