The hotel is not at worthy. Staff and management are worst. It is showing 3 star hotel. But its a small hotel, it doesn't have proper car parking. Not at all worthy for money.

It’s was not clean even there was no water .smoking smell all over food was not hygiene small insects are all around food .

The hotel stay experience this time was not so good. The restaurant was not operating fully and the complimentary breakfast buffet was not good. The ac was not working in the room first allotted to us. If i compare my first stay at this hotel about a year ago and now there is a significant difference. The good part was the manager and the staff were trying their best to provide the best experience however the infrastructure wasn't supporting. The management should step up to support and build the right infrastructure to retain old clients.

This hotel located in good location but the staff was very new and lot of issues i found with service. There are issues with acs, there was no proper breakfast served on time. Lot of other customers also yelling to reception for untidy rooms and no water in bathroom etc.

Facilities and worst housekeeping i ever experienced, it is just like an apartment, staffs are avoiding customers call and attending the complain after follow up. No proper facility in the room or bathroom. We may get each thing on call only like towel, shampoo and water etc. No proper water draining in the bathroom while taking shower
