It is just okay. Receptionist should be groomed on how to speak the guests. He is little rude. They were doing house keeping without our consent, we placed our valuables in the room. Chairs which are part of room amenities are not provided in room, if asked they said there is some party going on, so they used these chairs their.

Had a great stay, foods were delicious services were great, rooms were hygienic, hotel location is perfect for business travellers. The reception staff were well dressed and co operative. Reception appearance is great had good breakfast choices and well on time. Overall experience was excellent

Location and staffs are very good. But maintenance of room is very poor. Even toilets are slippery and curtains are dirty. Locks and a/c was not working properly.

Was near the baptist hospital, and that was our main need. Rooms are small and conjusted, but clean. Not many eating options around and food at the hotel is not that great.

The stay was terrible. The room was not good. The basic things like towels and tissue was not there. The ac was leaking water and the floor was wet in the room. The bathroom was not clean. There was no shampoo, or body wash. There was only one used soap in the bathroom. The room service was so poor. When i called to the reception and asked for a plate, they did not bring it. After constant reminding they got it almost 1 hour later. When i asked for dental kit (tooth brush and toothpaste) they charged me for it.
