Worst experience, we had booked 4 rooms and they provided only 2 rooms and they are telling the rooms are already sold out.

My worst hotel experience ever in india after many visits. I arrived at around 8pm and the receptionist could not find my booking for many minutes. He kept shouting at me saying that he was checking ( dont they check new arrivals in advance as booking was made 3 days in advance. Finally due to lack of coorleration n empathy from the receptionist, i left the hotel and booked another hotel. I lost my 2 nights money but thats still better than facing such a rude person every day. The worst hotel receptionist i ever saw. Rude, arrogant and no respect towards customers.

The rooms were not spacious enough. Drinking water had to be ordered from outside. The staff was good. The overall experience was ok.
