The stay was pleasant with comfortable bedding, clean interiors, and attentive staff. The room offered great value for a 3-star hotel. The only limitation was the small washroom, which didn’t quite match the expectations of a suite room.

We are very regular to this hotel But this is second time I am disappointed because of staff behaviour specially Sunil receptionist I told him I always book premier room because its specious now this is second time you are giving me small room and he told me premier room is not available then I told him its available in mmt then again he gave excuse that room is dirty and nobody is there for cleaning then he told me I have given you good room if you are not liking what I can do and that was very unprofessional before there were staff they were very polite and professional very bad experience

Property is good, Staffs behavior also very good. Only one thing, if we ask something from House keeping, it will get it after 1hr.

Hotel room is neat and clean. Very organised. Staff is very friendly. Location is in centre of the city. Breakfast is very delicious and breakfast venue is also very beautiful.

The stay was good, the rooms were good and it was very clean but the issue was the AC was not working properly so yeah it was a drawback or else everything was good so I have rated 4 i,e Good

Spacious suits, decent staff and quick services. The terrace top restaurant is well maintained with lovely birds and beautiful sounds

My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very courteous and upgraded my room to a suite for free which was a very sweet gesture from their end.

Executive suite booked for a week and that’s not really an executive suite at all. Room was very small, without even a comfortable chair/sofa. No pen or scribbling pad kept, no iron box. What not, there was no charging point near the seating area to charge laptop or mobile (you can charge only near the bed head rest. Later after complaining, changed to another room which was spacious, but still there was none of the above things mentioned. This suite is not worth for 4k per day. Whereas last time i stayed in le sara grand and that was far better with 3k with all these facilities and decent breakfast. In srs, the breakfast was also very bad. With very limited options. I can give 2. 5 to 3 rating for srs.
