Ekaa Keys By Bestinn Leisure (Ekaa Keys By Bestinn Leisure)

First things first: the location is good and the rooms are bigger than I imagined. The good things stop there. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, including toilet paper. There was an old used soap in the shower area. Only one towel was provided. The toilet seat was not sanitized properly. There were small roaches running on the floor and tables. The AC was only for decoration and it didn’t cool the room at all. The reception desk called me every morning and evening, asking me to check if I am dining there. I went late in the morning for breakfast and it was practically over. I had to go out and have my meals, even though I paid for breakfast. There was no housekeeping in the room when I was gone out for business. I came back to the same room where I left it. My returning flight was afternoon so I requested a late check out at the reception previous night. However, next day at checkout time ar 11am, they banged at my room door and reminded that the check out time was over. I informed them that I wanted a late check out and it was discussed before. They weren’t aware of it and asked me to check out soon. I’m not going back there again.
