阿圖利亞住宿 (Athulya Residence Suite Rooms)

Athulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to "stay here" so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

Just a average hotel nothing great with lots of room for improvement and bad breakfast spread and horrible options

Serene location, polite and helpful staff. Rooms are good size, you also have a sit out area outside rooms.

Pleasant stay! comfortable beds, clean maintenance! friendly staff! bathrooms were above expectations. Really clean.

It was pleasant stay for my family and everything was right in it's place. The staff at reception especially mr kumar was very helpful and solved all our queries. Other staff was also very helpful. The property is clean and tidy. The stay was comfortable, easily reachable and near to shishuka children hospital for which i stayed here. Thanks to mmt.

Out side from city , home stay not a resort , not good breakfast chard like 4 star hotel but look like oyo room

I stayed in the deluxe room which cost around 4500. It’s inside kalyan nagar layout hr br first block. I think their normal room price would be okay to fit rs 3, 000/

I had a very pleasant stay. Daniel and his team took very good care of us. Excellent service ! heads up about them not having an in-house restaurant - but of course you can find many eateries and restaurants nearby ! all in all it felt like home due to services and facilities available.

Very well maintained, clean and cozy rooms. Each floor has a shared kitchen, lobby, utility area and dining area. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was also really tasty.

Stay at athulya was great. It was a property which was very hygienic, clean. The room had a good ac. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Hot water was available. Was located in a very silent area. A bit far off from continuous city buzz. Had a great evening walk. Though shopping was 600 meter away from main road, was a quite silent stay.
