Difficult hotel location, for parking. Hotel, had no warm water, no clean towels. After follow ups i got one glass, to pour water.

Not so supportive staff. They were always ignorant regarding basic needs in the room. Also were not aware of our booking in the hotel.

The original room they gave me was simply useless. Too small you can barely move, the bedsheets weren't cleaned and stained in multiple places, ac wasn't working bathroom was not even usable as toilet seat was stuffed between 2 walls. I was gonna complaint to mmt and leave but then then moved me to another room was better and looked just like the picture shown in mmt. That room was okay but 2 stars reduced for the fraudulent practice of taking me to that room.

I didn't like the stay because of there is so much problems 1. The room door is complaint 2. They give non ac room and they told ac is complaint 3 they didn't gave any bathroom towels both 1 and 2 issue i complaint to staff and they told me to change room in evening and they didn't gave any rooms and told me to refund some amount for ac issue in chech out tym but i didn't get it-unfortunately till now i didn't get any refund amount and they didn't take my call
