Very bad experience, room not clean properly, bed on bedsheet are also very dirty like pink color mark on white bed sheet it's used bedsheet they given, tv not working, the most problem is lift not working and we have taken luggage till 4 th floor via stairs it's very low category experienced, land line internal communication phone also not working, staff also not supporting or copperative. There are many more problem in washroom no shampoo, no shoup, no toothpaste or brush provided for fresh up. Very worst experience. 1. Lift not working 2. No sign board available on hotel building like royal ace stopover very difficult to identify the hotel. Overall expereinced is very bad worse low grad.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and i like it a lot.

Completely disappointed last min no option i stayed as was too tired of traveling or would’ve canceled and go for an other room, room is not as showed in pictures, ac no cooling asked them about the ac they said all the ac is under maintenance and still they charged more saying ac room, staffs ware rude 3 hrs earlier i checked in and 4 hrs late i checked out the charged me 500+800 and the receptionist asked me to transfer the money to his mobile number as these employees looting money i think they are behaving rude and charging extra money and not maintained anything properly seeing some positive reviews i booked but worst experience i had, will never recommend

Beware - no matter the number of guests staying in the room, only 1 towel is provided. I did not get an additional towel despite asking and the receptionist didn't want to help. Room otherwise is value for the money. - just carry your own towels )
