resort is well maintained, near to beach, tasty breakfast, front office , house keeping,f& b staff cooperative, spacious parking, definitely we will be back Resort is well maintained and breakfast, dinner is delicious, front office ,f& b, house keeping staff are cooperative & helpful and near to beach,I will visit again

it's not resort , it's apartment in pathetic condition. extremely poor maintenance and food is worst. immediately flag this hotel

It is a well managed property. Look wise ambience is great . Swimming pool is the highlight for us as we can comfortably enjoy with kids. Breakfast served complimentary is good and has variety of options daily . Play area for kids needs to be monitored as sometimes it becomes messy due to crowd. Staff is polite never demands attention tips . Plenty of cats in the property to pet. Our lift had issues but they solved it immediately. Parking space is safe . Food can be ordered and is tasty . It competes with Karma resorts . They could just upholster the flats and some furniture and it will be more classy and upmarket . Prices if remain reasonable , it will continue to remain a favourite amongst families . Rooms are clean and daily maintained upon request . They even give suggestions about sightseeing upon asking

Overall experience was great. Beautiful and quiet place with decent crowd. Professional staff and Very importantly family friendly place in Goa. Pool is an attraction For kids and food was ok but expensive. You can still order it online.

We stayed at la grace, benaulim. Usually their seevices are good but may be due to off season services were delayed and the experience was not as great as usual.
