I cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere. Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date. I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me.
