The main building was pretty good. Compared to the main building, the rooms besides the courtyard where we lived in were rather basic. Everything was good enough apart from the heating system and toilet. The floor and toilet were pretty freezing. Fortunately, the lady in the reception brought us a small heater. It did help. Also, the flush of the toilet couldn't work properly.

Beautiful old building and gardens but unfortunately it’s not well maintained. The older rooms are good sizes but tatty, we had cobwebs and dust in the bathroom plus mildew on bedroom and bathroom windows. However the linen was lovely quality and it wąs quiet and warm for an older building. We won’t be returning.
