hotel good had we would appriciate a small extension of an hour since coming from long distance and with family likely to use washroom before leaving city. overall nice stay ac fan were working good considering hot place like Ballari

One of the worst Experience , blankets and towels are not clean. Bathroom are not hygiene, receptionist bhaskar was very rude and behaved in rowdy style. too costly , no breakfast, I won't recommend to business and corporate traveller and also clear no to family traveller with female guest due to the rude and inappropriate behaviour of Bhaskar

The hotel was horrible. I have seen cockroaches in my room. Not worth the price Parking area of the hotel is horrible. Its a cellar with hotel trash everywhere

room and washroom need upgrade. the lighting in room was very dull. special attention need in washroom even the room is stuck. not worth the money spent.

I traveled as a business traveller.The hotel and the staff are very courteous and co operative. The food served is good and the stay was satisfying.

Hotel is good for stay however restaurant food is too costly and taste was not satisfactory. Room is cleaned ever-day by housekeeping staff. Ventilation is also good. U will find maced, pizza hut t and dominos nearby to hotel and max showroom as well.

Hotel clean was there but it's too costly because 2900 per night without breakfast and everything we need to ask and take they will not keep like water bottle, coffee power, wifi password and it's not all accepted

We had a good stay at bala regency, only the thing daily after cleaning the house keeping team will not fill the required essential items in room themselves, we have to recall them for the same. Also the complimentary breakfast facility now they don't have and there is no good place to have breakfast nearby. We have to travel by auto to take if we want good breakfast. As it having bar and restaurant for family dinner not that comfort. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and staff was co-operative.
