Rooms are in decent sizes, check in was smooth, hotel dint have restaurant, but you can order food and they do room delivery , shower hot water was not working.

we stayed at Rahul palace,the room was clean and neat breakfast served was excellent I recommend the hotel for its location...

Excellent stay...cooperative staff...highly recommend for family stays and especially those who want to visit Shri Harimandir -Parmarth Niketan, Belagaum, it's at 5mins walk away from the hotel

Good for one night. Bed is not clean. Parking is too small. I had difficulty in parking in basement and when i reached there, the basement parking was full so i had to again do the whole exercise of parking outside. Not a single assistance from staff. They started calling from 9. 20 to vacate the room. When i vacated no luggage assistance provided. Only positive thing i can say is location and new building. The bedding was not clean either.

We were 7 people coming to attend a function. The hotel is situated at a strategic location and that is all the goodness. The front desk lady - was rude and ill mannered girl who has zero sense of hospitality. The rules of the hotel are ridiculous. If you have any visitors, they are not allowed at all or you have to pay 600 rs. Was misled by the rating. I doubt if it was paid promotion. I will give it 1. 5 stars. Utterly disappointing stay because of one petty girl

The hotel is neat, clean and located at a convenient location. however the front desk lady- Preeti lacks the basics of hospitality. a friend was visiting and she asked 600 rs. to visit the room and created such a ruckus that the manager had to be called. such people bring a bad name to the hotel. if it is policy of the hotel , then it really needs to be relooked. I am a frequent traveller but have never come across such illogical rule or such hooty nature right here near my hometown

Room is good. But there is no resturant inside. They get bf from outside. Nearby no restaurants are there.

Hotel was good. Room was clean, ac was functional, toilet clean and functional. Stall was courteous, breakfast was ok for the price, parking was a slight problem. Hotel should start inhouse lunch and dinner if possible.
