1. Check in was difficult because hotel requested 150 euro deposit, which wasn't not indicated during booking. Also they did not accept cash for deposit and did mot accept debit cards. So it took time and effort to arrange 3rg party payment for the deposit. 2. In the room 306 there were multiple bedbugs. I requested to change the room and was moved to much smaller room for 1 night without compensation for room price

Très bien passé devant la gare. Très pratique pour se garer. Et la réception est très sympa. Les chambres très propres.

For a short stay it was quite good value for money. It is located on the opposite of the central station for those travelling by train. Myself j was by car, they have private parking but only limited spot available. When I arrived in the evening they had no parking space for me, I was lucky that the parking on the opposite of the train station was free in the evening until 8am. Otherwise there are restaurants nearby the hotel, hotel is clean. A bit small, but for a short stay it was totally fine and the staff were very friendly

Hôtel et chambre très propre avec un accueil chaleureux où j'ai eu la bonne surprise d'avoir été surclassé sans supplément. Chambre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bonne literie, et SURTOUT une bonne isolation acoustique, chose rare dans les hôtels. Donc je recommande grandement si vous êtes de passage sur Belfort et que vous cherchez un bon hôtel pour passer une bonne nuit.
