我在Trip上預訂時已經付款，但當我的家人入住時，酒店卻告知訂單需要結尾款，當場要求我的家人多付款了200多英鎊。要不是我的家人打電話詢問我，這件事也許就不會被發現。退款過程也很漫長，到目前為止我的家人已經回到牛津幾天了，依然沒有收到退款。 I had already paid in full when booking via Trip, yet upon my family's arrival, the hotel claimed the balance was outstanding and demanded an additional payment of over £200 on the spot. Had my family not called to check with me, this issue might never have come to light. The refund process has also been protracted; my family has been back in Oxford for several days now, yet the refund has still not been received.

從貝爾法斯特國際機場出來坐公交車300到達女王街，步行去酒店衹需要3分鐘，酒店離商業街和一些景點也很近，步行和坐公交車都可以很快到達。

酒店位於市中心，距離市政廳5分鐘步行路程，但酒店樓下的街區感覺不太安全。前台很簡陋，就是設定在餐廳裡，房間空間大，但有異味，廁所也非常小。算是一個性價比還ok的酒店吧。

L'hôtel Ibis de Belfast, comme tous les Ibis est un hôtel de passage. Très peu d’interactions avec le personnel. Les chambres sont basiques mais confortables. La salle de bain est petite mais pour cet hôtel elle était plutôt bien optimisée. La nourriture est très basique. Nous n'avons pas testé les petits déjeuners. L'hôtel Ibis est bien positionné pour les visites néanmoins comme il n'a pas de parking il faut prévoir un coût supplémentaire si vous êtes en voiture. L'essentiel c'est qu'on y a bien dormi.

Really great stay at this hotel - short but definitely recommend! The hotel is really modern and is very central. Belfast is extremely walkable and we loved our time here. Reception team were very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room in a good location for the city centre and bus station. Lobby was nice enough to sit in, and the staff reasonably attentive.
