房間非常大，乾淨安靜。餐廳特別好，服務好菜品佳。門口是河景，泰坦尼克號博物館和市政廳都步行可到。這兩個地方皆然不同，博物館2-3個小時遊覽時長，在酒店河斜對岸，衹是需要過橋，步行15-分鐘，路上有個大商場，一層好幾個快餐，適合逛完吃飯。市政廳特別繁華，一定要來，貝爾法斯特的精華就在這個區域，很小的範圍，1-2個小時漫步走一走就夠了。

We stayed here to go to a Katy Perry concert in SSE arena. We stayed in a room with 2 x Queen begs for 4 girls. It was fab! The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and staff were very nice and helpful. We had just eat deliveries for food and drink before the concert and got up to a gorgeous breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I believe it caters for all. I am returning in January 2026 and cannot wait already.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the AC Marriott Belfast. For the price I paid, I expected far better service and a warmer, more respectful experience. The room itself was fine, though I was surprised to find no complimentary water bottles provided. Check-in took an unnecessarily long time, with no explanation why, and the reception staff came across as abrupt and disengaged—barely making eye contact. The location is a bit of a walk from the city's activities. The one bright spot was a genuinely lovely young employee who delivered my room service the first night of my stay; he showed more professionalism friendliness than most of the staff I encountered. Unfortunately, there’s an older man with an English accent working at night in the bar area who was extremely rude—frankly enough to put anyone off staying here. Breakfast was also severely underwhelming. This hotel needs to make serious changes in terms of customer service and guest experience. I would not stay here again.

因為是萬聖節來的 價格偏貴 然後並沒有發現入住的人很多 但也沒有安排河邊的那一側房間給我們 如果想住河邊的那一側前台説 要25磅 總體來説 一般

酒店靠著河，有機會住到河景房，夜景挺好看。但酒店附近的商業不多，步行的話至少10分鐘才能抵達。房間衞生條件很不錯，而且用了很多皮料，很精緻，挺滿意的。

It was a pleasant experience overall, but I expected more from such a hotel. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned and mopped, and there was dust anywhere. We also didn't even get a bottle of water. However, I called them to see if we can check in a little bit early and they let us with no extra cost! It worth it.

Excellent hotel service , the location was great and only 15 min walk to the city centre . This will be our go to hotel in belfast . Also close to the titanic museum. The restaurant was very good and all the staff were very friendly.
