The worst hotel I have ever been to. Everything is bad. The carpet in the room is very dirty. A dilapidated bathroom. Worn towels. Bed sheets are dirty. I advise you to stay away from it.

Excellent staff and great value. No blackouts so didn’t have to walk up six flights of stairs. At this price it wasn’t a problem but bath/shower could do with a clean. Pretty close to most touristy things.

Worst stay in my life, hotel is not four stars its not even one star, so dirty, staff are rude, no electricity, i took stairs to the six floor, hotel is old needs renovation, insects are everywhere even on bed, smelly and disgusting. I immediately checked out.

First thing, I arrived at 2:15 pm and had to wait until 3 to have my room ready. For me I shouldn’t wait all that time specially the check-in time is 2 pm!! Secondly, the room wasn’t clean enough and the AC is noisy and I complained about but no action taken. Obviously no parking spots you ve to keep looking, sometimes I had to parked a couple of streets a way!!! Thirdly, for me I chose to stay at a hotel than airbnb because the electricity in beirut regulary off from time to time to avoid that I stayed in a hotel but unfortunatelly every day the electricity is turned off from 3 am until 6 in the morning and had to wake-up because the room is hot!! Overall the experience wasn’t good as I expect!!
