The beds were not clean, then when asked, they were shifted to another room, but in the other room too, people had fallen on the bed, then the bed sheet was changed, so my suggestion is that the room should be hygienic.

I would prefer to write point-wise. Amenities available in the hotel were pretty average in consideration to the price range, however services of the staffs, in general, were good with the only exception of the day time manager, who was clueless. I would specially mention the canteen staffs, who were really good. Location wise the property is good. In general, the experience was a bit better than average but the price range is on the higher side.

Located at the mid of begusarai and barauni. This hotel was started on a very good nod but somehow couldn't maintained. Now the rooms lacks maintenance. Food taste is ok but the variety is less

I would not recommend anyone this hotel. It was hopeless. They didn't provide any blanket. It was so cold that, it was very difficult to sleep.
