We’ve been going here for about 5 years. Every Easter. It’s a great place and good value. Few small issues are that the place looks tired. Food is passable but there’s a pub with decent choices. The pool is great and kids love it. The golf course is great, although had a few hiccups with organisation at the golf shop. Make sure you stay on the good side of Wendy!

We all know it needs a little work . Understaffed but the staff that are here do their best . Needs more groundsmen. The tavern is just passable. But for peace and quiet and views it’s lovely.

Love staying at kooralbyn resort although a little disappointed with staff interactions on my most recent 訂房網站 as I found them to come across very intimidating and abrupt when addressing an unexpected and unexplainable issue which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and bullied which is pretty dissappinting when we spend alot of time and money throughout the year at the resort and would like to continue coming back to stay in the future without feeling like we are no longer welcome there anymore due to an unfortunate/accidental/unexplainable incident we don't feel we should be held responsible for...hopefully will be resolved amicably and we can continue to enjoy returning to the resort many times in the future .

We all know it’s run down soo sad . But we still had a nice time . Very relaxing. Bed very comfy . Tavern was the biggest let down though. Food passable, staff shocking , atmosphere zero.

As several have mentioned place is in need of upkeep like grasses growing in cracks, algae on some walls, paint needed here and there etc but if you can look past these, it has its country charm and the room is well maintained (air con was a pain but might be isolated to one room). Lots of little animals around like water dragons, kangaroos, singing magpies etc. Spa was nice, all in all a good place to chill out for a day or two. Pub up the road good food and there is a cafe across the road that does cheap breakfast, plus SPAR convenience store, food shop and petrol station.

I'm not really happy with the service by staff members at the hotel...there's either one around at all anywhere or the ones that are around aren't very helpful or friendly .
