檳城頤思殿酒店 (Eastin Hotel Penang)

The hotel location is very good, meeting my expectation that its near to USM. However, I was quite disappointed with the services and room amenities. The receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite booking in advance, no king bed was available when we checked in. Basic amenities such as soap and a shaver were not provided. The shower temperature was inconsistent, turning from hot to scalding, and the toilet flush did not work until service was called. In addition, the parking area was extremely narrow and inconvenient. Overall, the hotel location is very good, but the hotel itself is quite old and they need to improve their services and facilities to provide a better experience to customers.

Eastin Hotel Penang is a great choice for both business and leisure. The location is excellent—right next to Queensbay Mall and just minutes from the airport. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with nice sea views available. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread is impressive. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with good value for money

性價比非常nice的商務酒店，離皇后灣很近，酒店後身有很大的mall,吃飯買東西很方便。我定的城景房可以看到遠處的山。酒店衞生，床品乾淨，早餐挺好。酒店離機場不遠，開車打車都方便。如果去喬治市需要打車。

Nice stay in Family Duplex room...there was a tiny shower and toilet in the loft and a full sized bathroom on the lower level. Good for our family of 4 adults. Almost next door to QB Mall. Walkable to waterfront w scenic view.

設施：老舊，房間就像個商務酒店，空間又小 衞生：一般般，別太多期望 環境：附近就很多吃的餐廳 服務：前台服務太差勁了。入住前也不問旅遊稅，等到了退房，直接給你加上去，然後再讓你去找證據證明你已經在網上繳納了旅遊稅

Great location and friendly staffs. Downside is the narrow parking. Otherwise facilities are good and breakfast is good.Clean amneties. Will be back.

酒店貌似在大商場邊上，出了酒店就是臟亂差。 早早就訂了大床房，到了後被告知衹有單人床，而且態度很差，一臉歧視。我也不知道這馬來人哪來的自信。當我和前台交涉時，還叫來他們同事，語氣一個比一個差。 照片上看酒店好像很好，進了房間看，很多東西舊舊的。洗澡水要放很久才會有熱水。 以後再也不會住了。

Everything about my stay at Eastin Hotel Penang was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the location was very convenient for business purposes. Amenities in the room were complete and well-maintained. I appreciated the minibar and coffee setup. Highly recommended for business travellers.

出差來長住的，樓下吃飯購物很方便，房間也寬敞乾淨，美中不足是1洗衣服一次要花22馬幣買token，2早上通勤門口會堵車
