Our family had a wonderful stay at Lexis Suites Penang! The room was very spacious and we absolutely loved the private pool — perfect for relaxing after a day out. There are fun family activities on the 8th floor like table tennis, which the kids really enjoyed. Just outside the hotel, there’s a Chinese seafood restaurant that serves delicious food at affordable prices, plus you get to enjoy an amazing sunset view while dining — highly recommended! The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Queensbay Mall, but do note you need to book it one day in advance (we missed it because this wasn’t communicated clearly). Overall, a great family getaway, and it’s very convenient — just about 10 minutes from the airport!

Pro:Amenities in room are good.Water pressure in bathroom was high and it’s good.My son enjoy bath in the bathtub very much. Thanks for hotel arrange for a birthday cake as i had highlighted that the purpose stay in hotel was celebrate my son and husband birthday There is one chinese seafood stall call Haoyou which the price are reasonable and food taste nice.The stall just step down from the hotel. Cons:Long queue for waiting lift during check out time.Had been wait for 20 min. The waiting area do not have aircond and very hot which make the waiting situation getting worst.

Staff gave us a free upgraded from Executive to Premium Pool Suite : ). The room is excellent with private pool, sauna and full sea view! The bedroom is very clean with separated bath tub and toilet. My girl enjoyed it very much! Best staycation in Penang.

A very relaxing place to unwind. Room is huge, bed & pillows very comfy. Very peaceful & scenic view. Breakfast is average quality but good variation. Most outstanding are the services from the staff. Polite, efficient & helpful. Special thanks to Taasha for going all way out helping me to sort some issue. Much appreciated. Thank u Taasha!

The hotel is a bit old indeed. When I first entered the hotel, the old fashion hall made me start writing my room condition. Nevertheless , the room is excellent! Private pool, private sauna, enormous wash room with separated bath tub and toilet area. There are 3 sinks in the wash room. For the bedroom, there is hanging fan. It implied my choice of turning off the air con and enjoying nature airflows! The hotel is just 15 mins away from airport, a recommended drop by before leaving Penang.

Went for 2 nights stay to chillax and celebrating wife birthday.Check in line was long but fast because 4 counter opens.Room was spacious and pool was great.just be careful of insects.

Initially, I gave it a very good review because the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the staff were polite, the room was clean, and the room was spacious. However, the next day, I found a lot of insects. There were Charlie Ants in the room, the pool, the rooftop, and even in the bedroom. It was horrible.
