The location is superb close to Penang international airport, it's convenient for those who plan to stay one night for the next morning early flight. The hotel has a lift, but the tooth brush and tooth paste is not provided , please bring your own prior to arrivals. The durian store opposite the hotel (outside of Giant bayan baru) is bad, please don't be cheated by them, , they won't change it for you although it was wet with water inside, bad taste and it's hard like stone. Furthermore, the price is expensive compared to market prices.

Quads room comes with 2 king beds and sapcious ... For standard room with 1 king bed but room bit small. Receptionist not very friendly.. But acceptable..

酒店附近有食肆、便利店、超市、商場等等，在光大大廈有直接巴士到達酒店門口，交通非常方便。 酒店非常新淨，客房面積不是很大，只提供咖啡、水和沐浴露，適合短暫停留，重點是價錢平，近機場，方便搭早機的朋友入住。

I booked 1 night hotel for accommodation. New hotel furniture and interior inside room. Clean and spacious even my room no windows. No toiletries provided but its ok for me. Tv with internet and im enjoyed watching YouTube and Netflix. Iron and board need to share upon request.  Staff is polite.  Next to hotel there is 24hr convenient store and thai restaurant. Walking distance 300m to mc donald, giant hypermarket and 500m to Pantai hospital. Price is affordable. Will not hesitate to come again if having business 訂房網站 there.

Wrong Choice.. Room is too dirty and smelly.!! Room is too small and not as per picture. Even tissues provided was previously used by others. Too Dirty, Too Smelly, Too dusty, Too Small really not worth for the money paid.. It's not suitable for family 訂房網站 or decent 訂房網站. I wrongly booked based on the picture promoted but reality was wrong. Only the lobby is well maintained but the room looks like to been maintained at all..

staff tak okay, senyum pun tidak. even tak great pun. cakap pun kasar ye. hotel biasa je. tapi sebab dekat dengan location event saya which is spice arena, so saya lega. aircond bilik kurang sejuk. kalau guna untuk nak tidur je, recommended je. iron & iron board di provide ya ke bilik, plus point untuk itu.
