Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest.

Checked into Pinetree Hotel in Batu Pahat on my birthday. Reception staff was quick to notice my birthday on my passport & wished me happy birthday. Though no freebies given, it was still a nice gesture. 😁 The stay was value for money. Room was spacious & clean, except the water in the shower seemed to flow too slow, suspect there's some clog. It's a bit further away from old town where most popular local eats are, so we always had to book Grab to get there.

Tiny room and underground carpark. Beware if you are SUV car, prefer to park at outdoor carpark, there is height limitation for underground carpark. Overall is good and worth for the money. Nice stay.

I stayed here for a night and overall had a decent experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, one major downside was the noise level. My room faced the main road, and I could hear traffic throughout the entire night — cars and especially motorcycles. The soundproofing definitely needs improvement, as it made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
