This hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The front desk service was extremely slow, making check-in frustrating. The towels provided were old and dirty, and my son even developed skin irritation after using the blanket. And the king size bed blanket with stain. Found out cockroach feet on the bath towel. Omg. The poolside drink prices were outrageously high, completely unreasonable compared to the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was average, with food made from cheap, low-quality brands.But the breakfast cost Rm55 /per pax. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

酒店位置力丁都巴宜沙灘很近，走路2分鐘，就在海邊，環境不錯，早餐品種比較豐富，有游泳池，娛樂設施。唯一的不足，空調不能關，房間很冷.可能老外都抗凍🤤🤧

Spacious room, room air con is centralised, very cold and suitable for the hot weather. Breakfast is good, 3 min walk to the beach. Hotel pool suitable for kids fun play. Total 10 floors of hotel room. Grab to surrounding restaurants is also very easy

酒店很大，地點就在峇都丁宜沙灘附近，步行10分鐘左右就到沙灘溝火會，但酒店設施及衛生完全是二星酒店嘅質素，花灑頭漏水，房間有黴味，瀲口杯有汙垢，房間隔音差，半夜被馬路車聲嘈醒，很失望！

房間是挺寬敞的，也挺乾淨，不過看起來有點年頭了，可能是臨近海邊，房間內被褥都有點潮濕，找前台小姐姐換，但是一直沒人來換，後來看見了打掃衞生的阿姨，講解完之後阿姨很迅速的幫我們換掉了，點贊👍可以在房間點餐，就是稍微有點貴，不過蠻好吃的，距離丁宜沙灘也很近，整體來説還行的

住過這麼多酒店，這家是我目前唯一需要提醒避雷的酒店，這是檳城一家老酒店，整體環境如圖1-5，服務人員基本看都是當地人，服務態度尚可，但弊端相當多，尤其是衞生。我們是住完Hard Rock酒店，換這家酒店入住的，同樣都是海邊度假型酒店，花著800多的價位房間，Hard Rock酒店所有的房型都是能直麵大海和泳池的，這個灣景海灘度假村的房型就相對遜色了。再來是衞生問題，同樣是海邊酒店，都會有潮濕的問題，Hard Rock酒店入住房間裡，沒有一點潮濕感，包括被子！而這個酒店進屋就是一股潮濕發黴的味道，睡覺的被子也是濕乎乎的，很明顯是空調設施老舊，沒有做到除濕效果！最後是嚴重的衞生問題，一進屋設備陳舊，也就算了，想著乾淨就行，結果衞生死角太多：圖6：是我用酒精濕巾擦拭一個小邊桌，讓孩子吃飯用，結果越擦越噁心，還沒怎麼擦，一整張紙已經臟的不行了，看的我渾身難受。圖8和圖9：是剛入住的床單和毛巾的樣子，床單上明顯兩個臟腳印，毛巾也是幾道子黑，是那種用手使勁擦，也下不去的臟，一看就是之前的臟沒洗乾淨，為了節省成本，就這麼給客戶直接用上了。我畢竟花著800多一晚的價格入住，就給我這樣的品質，而且還是從邊上同樣價格酒店換過來的，有天壤之別的感覺。酒店貴不説，設備老舊也沒大問題，但乾淨衞生是我最低底線了。讓前台通知服務員進來重新更換床單和擦拭有土和臟的地面，也是很情願，簡單敷衍了事。最慶幸的是，我們衹住兩晚，退房當天，你們不知道我是懷著多麼高興的心情，這還是多年度假以來，頭一次一反常態的想逃離一個酒店！再次提示：避雷這家酒店！！！！

Arrived around 6pm and checked in was smooth. Not much people at the lobby. Staff were professional and work fast. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Aircond and wifi works well. Overall it was a good stay.

It is an old hotel, enormous with lots of room. The things need to be upgraded but then there are a lot of tourists choosing this hotel because of its unbeatable price compared to other hotels nearby. We had a scooter so the location of the hotel doesn’t really matters. Recommend having your own vehicle. The WiFi is good. The room is spacious. The aircon is cold! The gym….. really need to be upgraded. It is really old.

I really like this hotel, got healing vibe. To release stress,and to enjoy with family. Just need to drive for 30min to get all the local food. Breakfast delicious. Def will come back. Thank you 🌸
