Its a not bad place for a cheap price. But the staff are rarely around. To get iron, you have to ask and then bcs they’re not around, you have to take it yourself from the store. The breakfast is nasi lemak, quite good. But there’s a tiny weird smell in the room i just have to say bcs it was uncomfortable. The location is good, right in the middle of batu feringhi and its prettier than OYO and other budget hotels. Make sure you practice your rights and ask for the correct iron, bcs when i first asked, they were pretty unhelpful and only the “non Malaysian” plug was available. When i asked for it consistently then the staff actually came and gave me the right iron with the right plug.

Restaurant next door is interesting with karaoke bar nearby, Massage downstair is terrible.

Outside of hotel maybe looks old building but definitely good one very near to everywhere u want to go just walking distantace to night market , restaurants, beach

The hotel is budget hotel, but the amenities, the clealiness & service is up to par to 3 hotels and above. Even provide breakfast somemore. Nearby petronas and easy access to eateries.
