這個酒店適合好幾家人在這裡入住，一共三層，每一層都有房間，乾淨衞生，後院還可以吃飯，一群人在這裡入住，晚上很有意思，很熱鬧，三樓還有浴缸🛁，這裡距離海灘很近，還有水果園，植物園，香料圓都很近，一路開車直接過去。吃飯就在附近，有夜市攤

五個房間，五家人一起，客廳，房間，都是我們在馬來西亞住過最好的，老闆也很好，給我們推薦隔壁吃的又便宜又好吃，路上本地人跟我們説你們怎麼住山上，會很不方便，結果到了後發現衹是山腳，去沙灘步行也就十分鐘

房間很髒，到處都是小蟲子屍體，一樓衞生間馬桶蓋是壞的，3樓衞生間浴缸發黴，離海邊巨遠，周邊啥都沒。定了2晚，不能退，衹能捨棄一晚提前走了

For our 訂房網站 to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise) The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit. Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared. The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out. However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit! Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

The service was okay, but there was no WiFi on the second and third floors. The place was dirty, and we even saw a bug there. Two to three bedsheet had some strange yellow stains on them,, which was very unpleasant. The snooker table was also broken. When the ball went into the pocket, it would drop straight onto the floor. If the owner had not placed two pillows there, the ball might have rolled down the stairs and caused damage. The only good part was the bathtub. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Thank you to the administrator for the assistance and for making the check-in process convenient with simple instructions via private message. The villa environment pleasantly surprised us, it was clean and tidy, which made our stay very enjoyable. Lastly, we truly appreciate the administrator kindness in allowing us a slightly late check-out. We highly recommend this villa management company, and it will definitely be our choice again in the future.
