Have cockroach 🪳 circulated in room, linen torn and damage by cigarette spark. No housekeeping done and the male staff is rude. Otherwise the area is very convenient

I had a pleasant stay at Batu Caves Hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and air conditioning 👍🏻 The hotel's location is excellent, especially for visiting Batu Caves, with shops, restaurants, and transport options nearby. Despite being close to a tourist area, the environment was quiet and relaxing 😎 Overall, Batu Caves Hotel offers great value for money, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay. 💗
