Not bad untuk bajet hotel. Ada dua lif dalam bangunan, bilik bersih bila masuk, katil selesa, bantal cuma 1 ja. Lain2 ok la, x banyak nk komen sebab xdak apa buruk untuk dikomen.

Ce logement est un bon rapport qualité-prix et bien situé pour visiter les battu cave. Cependant l'isolation est vraiment à revoir, on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait dans la rue comme si il n'y avait pas de fenêtre, c'est très dérangeant pour bien dormir.. la wifi n'est pas top également

Strategic location in Batu Caves area. Nice staff hospitality, clean and spacious room. The only drawback is the surrounding roadside noise is quite higher in the room on the low floor.

I like the location of the hotel, but the parking space is very limited. First come, first serve. You (the next guest) have to choose the mountain view. Nice view esp during raining. Also near to lift and water dispenser. The size of the room itself is very compact. For muslim couple, you might struggle to pray-rukuk-sujud. I will repeat this hotel again. BUT the bed frame is making noise, very scared if it suddenly damage because of me. Overall, myself is happy with the room.

I stayed at The Concept Hotel Batu Caves as a rest stop during my journey from Penang to Kuantan for Hari Raya. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly, making it a great place for a short stay. The room was well-kept, with air conditioning + fan and free Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. However, parking was a bit limited, and there was some noise from the main road, though they provide free earplugs at the reception. Overall, it was a convenient and affordable stopover. Will repeat again.

Okay je hotel ni. Best je. Duduk lah kalau nak duduk. Receptionist dia pun ada 24 hours even murah. Cuma parking dia public ikut nasib kadang dapat dekat sikit kadang jauh sikit. And kawasan situ kalau malam2 gelap and seram sikit.
