做為一家當地比較老牌的酒店，從房間的和設施的新舊程度上確實有些老舊，不過做為一家四星酒店該有的設施也都有。房間很大，我們住的這間能看到海，每間都配一個小陽台，看日出，晒衣服很方便。早餐基本都是當地食物，品質都不錯，住客也都以本地人為主，晚上草坪有美食大排擋，出去就是沙灘。地理位置非常好，從後門到商場步行KTCC五分鐘，對面有幾家中餐館海鮮不錯，十分鐘步行範圍內當地餐食和攤點更多。步行到吊橋20分鐘。非常適合親子上下島作為中轉酒店。

I had booked a single bed in advance for my stay, but upon check-in at 4:00 pm, I was informed that no single beds were available. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the premium price I had paid for the room. Furthermore, the quality of the mattress and pillows resembled those of a low-star hotel, not what I had expected. Another inconvenience was the lack of basic amenities. I had to request a toothbrush every day, which should have been readily available in the room. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay for additional mineral water at the counter during check-out. Such practices felt unnecessary and inconvenient. One aspect of the hotel that stood out was its exterior pool and beach area, which were very impressive. However, this only served to highlight the stark contrast with the disappointing room and services. Overall, I would rate my experience as two stars. It is clear that the hotel is in need of refurbishment to meet the standards of a four-star establishment. I hope that management takes these issues into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Had a one night stay at Primula kuala terengganu. Rooms are big. Good location too. Eventhough the the rooms are a little dated, but the breakfast is really good. It feels like very authentic malay breakfast. I mean which hotel serves steamed Yam!! This one does and it is delicious. Also they have steamed glutinous rice and you pick your condiment to go with it... grated coconut, brown sugar and even dried fish to go with the pulut kukus...yum!! Many more.....

7月出行、2月就預訂了兩間房，都顯示預訂成功，且出行前還扣了兩間房的房費，離譜的是到了酒店告知我衹定上了一間，而且有一個**的***女性工作人員態度非常惡劣，沒有一絲抱歉，反而一副盛氣凌人的樣子，是她們男尊女卑的民族傳統給了她“優越感”嗎？最後訂房網站幫忙協調墊付退了房費，因為周邊沒有酒店還有空房間，而且第二天上島還預約了到這個酒店接，衹能一家人擠在一個雙床房，房間裡出現了好幾個大蟲子。整體就是離譜，讓人無語，再也不會入住！
