The living room Aircon was not working and caused the entire house electricity to 訂房網站. Service staff response was just not to use the Aircon. Lights in the swimming pool was dislodged and wires were taped together. Filter for pool was not working and pool was cloudy and turned green by the last day of the stay. Cleaning was not done properly before the stay, with dust and used towel still present in the room.

The villa was huge, rooms are spacious and suitable for big group gatherings. The downside is there are quite a number of mosquitos which we dare not go to the pool. So my kids are very disappointed and sad. It is conveniently located near a few shopping malls and eateries, about 10-20 mins away by Grab.

Location is quite near the batam city centre and to Harbourbay Ferry Terminal however the villa is poorly maintenanced. There is moldy smell on the first floor room and bathroom, the aircon not working very well (not cold) and the swimming pool waters are not clean (can see the leaves and dirt at the base).
