房間很大 乾淨 床很大，服務員很棒 ，家庭入住連通房很棒👍 下次還會入住

We are happy to return to Planet Hotel. Rooms were prepared as requested and we truly appreciate the team for accommodating to our requests. Breakfast buffet is good but can be better. Frontlne staff especially the concierge team are friendly and approachable.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The service provided was remarkable, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Every staff member displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness, creating a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The efficiency and attention to detail demonstrated by the team exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this hotel is an excellent choice for visitors to Batam who value top-quality service.

工作關係每年都來好幾次巴淡島，住過很多不同的酒店，這次是非常糟糕的一次入住，淋浴房噴頭出水超級細甚至刺痛身體，非常不舒服，於是換到浴缸的噴頭洗澡，這個噴頭的方向卻是安裝在浴缸側面，我就納悶了這個衞生間什麼人設計的，浴缸噴頭不是和浴缸同方向，卻是側面，側面就算了還沒有浴簾，拜賜這個側面的淋浴噴頭洗完澡整個衞生間水漫金山.明明是2個廁所手紙筒，卻放一卷手紙，手紙質量不好超級薄半天就用完了，衹能拿房間的抽紙來用，更糟糕的是，第二天出門回來竟然發現服務員搞完衞生沒有關好我們的內部房間門，太恐怖了，當時給安排的是一種家庭房，就是2間房的中間有一個門，如果2個房間都打開門，那麼2間房就是互通的，好在隔壁房當時沒有人，不然人家就可以自由進出我的房間了，實在是太沒有安全感啦，拖鞋就是一個紙殼的，穿的時候隨時前後會捲起來那種，永遠不會再住這家酒店了

Repeat stay for us. As usual great and friendly staff. Appreciate the separate shower and bathtub. Great water pressure and hot temperature. Breakfast seems to have improved in terms of taste or maybe that's just me :) Prompt service as usual at breakfast in clearing the plates and topping up food even though they were running at full capacity.

Budget friendly and convenient place to stay. Although furniture is dated, the room space makes up for it.

整體感覺還可以，早餐也不錯。下次來還會住這裡。這裡的服務員態度非常友善，對人彬彬有禮。餐廳雖然不大，但是有上下兩層。

I had a bad experience during my stay. I booked two Triple Deluxe Rooms under my name — one through Agoda and the other through 訂房網站. Upon check-in at 3pm, I provided six passports and was told we would be given connecting rooms, but one room was not ready and would be available in the next 30 minutes. That was fine with us, and all six of us went up to Room 1228. However, when we entered, it was a Double Room with only one bed. We immediately went back to the reception to ask why we were given a Double instead of a Triple Room. The staff said they would add an extra bed, but I made it clear that I expected a proper Triple Room with one double bed and one single bed, as shown in the booking. If I had known it was an add-on bed arrangement, I would not have booked this hotel. Only after my feedback did they change our room to 1718, which we were satisfied with. At around 3:45pm, three of us went down to collect the key for the second room, but were told it was still not ready. When I asked when it would be available, the staff replied they were not sure — maybe another hour. I was very disappointed. It was already close to 4pm and the room should have been ready by now. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and only then did they suddenly say the room was ready, and gave us Room 1716. It left me questioning the service quality of the hotel. On Day 2, after returning from a half-day 訂房網站 around 6pm, none of our room cards worked at the lift. Both rooms’ cards were invalid. We had no choice but to go back to the reception and were told it was a card error. New cards were reissued to us. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for me, and I would not recommend this hotel. Service and room arrangements were not up to standard.

Refurnished hotel, room and toilet are clean though old style. Buffet breakfast is above average. Location is a little off, but can go anywhere in a grabcar.
