The room is spacious, the staff was friendly and nice, the bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The breakfast spread was amazing. There were menu change since we stayed there for 3 nights so I'm very glad for that. It is a bit further than Batam town but it was easy to get Grab and Gojek. Overall it's a good stay.

Friendly service from front desk staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Used the pick-up service from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal as I arrived quite late in the evening. Driver punctual and was waiting at arrival gate for me. Room was comfortable and clean. Minor traffic noise from nearby road.

Enjoyed my stay here at Swiss Belhotel. Good location within Habour Bay downtown area. Rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciate the welcome snack and message note. Breakfast was good with reasonable variety. I utilized the swimming pool and gym as well. Those facilities are well maintained. Highly recomnended.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Batam. The Deluxe Room was large, clean, and very spacious, which made our 訂房網站 very comfortable. A big thank you to Tesa, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. She helped us prearrange an anniversary surprise with a beautiful flower setup in the room. Her warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service in Batam!

Close to the ferry terminal. Thank you for the complimentary birthday decorations. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. I loved the jamu at the breakfast spread, and we had a pleasant stay.

I had a great experience at Swiss Belhotel. Service was excellent especially from Tesa Iswandi whom was my guest relation officer, she helped me greatly planning my itinerary as well as preparing my room for a special occasion so special props to her!

We are happy stay in Swiss Belhotel Batam, the room is big and spacious. Room & toilet are clean. Room service is good. The Breakfast is more choice and delicious. The staff are kind n helpful. Overall is very Good. Will come back and here again. Highly recommended.

all are good except my baby woke up next day with presumed bed bug bite on her face that leave a scar for following months... coz she hv sensitive skin.
